The present invention relates to a bolt fastening inspection method using a position sensor capable of preventing the phenomenon of missing bolts and fastening less by checking a fastening state, in contrast, by checking the position of the bolt tightening tools in each of the bolt position using a position sensor. An embodiment of the present invention provides a bolt fastening inspection method using a position sensor, comprising the steps of: (a) moving a bolt fastener to a bolt fastening position; (b) determining the bolt fastener position by the position sensor; (c) fastening the bolts by the bolt fastener; (d) comparing the tightening torque value of the bolt measured with the predetermined set of reference torque value; (e) storing by summarizing the number of rotating operation of the bolt fastener; and (f) comparing the stored rotating operation with the number of the predetermined reference operation. |
