The hybrid hearing device according to an embodiment of the present invention can comprise: an audio signal detection unit to detect an audio signal; an output signal generation unit to generate an output signal by adjusting an amplifying gain depending on the audio signal; a control unit to determine one output way of output signals among the bone conduction way or air conduction way based on audio signal; and an output unit to output the output signals depending on the determined output way.
