The present invention relates to a cooling apparatus of a wind power generator. The cooling apparatus of a wind power generator comprises a cooling part to cool a heated converter part by circulating a working fluid; and a cooling control part to control the flow rate and temperature of the working fluid in accordance with the temperature variation and current amount of the converter part.
