PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately secure the safety of a pedestrian while eliminating the necessity to arrange the supply source of the operation power of light-emitting means on a pedestrian side.SOLUTION: When a vehicle 3 mounting an on-vehicle device 4 approaches a pedestrian and power reception units 13 receive an electromagnetic wave transmitted from a power transmission unit 21 of the on-vehicle device 4, light-emitting devices 7 attached to light-emitting clothing 2 that the pedestrian is wearing generate power by rectifying the received electromagnetic wave and converting it into a direct current, and turn on/off light-emitting units 10 with the generated power as operation power. The supply sources of the operation power of the light-emitting devices 7 are arranged not in the light-emitting clothing 2 to be put on a pedestrian but in the vehicle 3, so that the safety of a pedestrian is appropriately secured while eliminating the necessity to arrange the supply sources of the operation power of the light-emitting devices 7 on a pedestrian side. |
