PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that, for example, there is a method using a solvent which is not easily handled for patterning of a conductive laminate, but it requires large cost, and every time of patterning, an optimal solvent has to be selected, and in a method for peeling with an overcoat, a nano-carbon film and the overcoat are not solved so that etching bath is polluted, resulting in deterioration of yield, and there is difference between a part on which etching is performed and a part on which etching is not performed, resulting in appearance deterioration namely an exposed skeleton.SOLUTION: The invention provides a conductive laminate capable of improving yield of patterning and improving an exposed skeleton, and a production method thereof. |
