<p>The present invention refers to the development and construction of a cathodic protection system using printed current applied to the surfaces of different types of semi-submerged metallic structures such as the base of wind turbines, oil platforms, pier piles, amongst others which functionality is based on an external wave power source. This system includes a conduct of tubular design, which is fastened to the metallic structure to be protected and which inner portion includes a turbine of the Wells type coupled to an electric generator. The system allows the operative variables to be monitored in a remote manner, either by satellite or WIFI system or mobile phone, in order to transmit the generated data to the control center, so that the information is analyzed and the reliability of the cathodic protection system ensured, the system being designed for reducing the maintenance and having an autonomous operation and a modular structure for removing the complex repairs.</p> |
