A pipe coupling apparatus is provided to prevent a coupling pipe unit from being damaged and reduce the maintenance cost of the coupling pipe unit. The pipe coupling apparatus of the present invention comprises: a fuel input pipe unit connected to a storage bin; a coupling pipe unit with which a fuel discharge pipe unit of a vehicle is coupled; and a bellows pipe unit, which is installed in between the coupling pipe unit and the fuel input pipe unit to be elastic and contracts as the coupling pipe unit is pressurized by the fuel discharge pipe unit.
