An objective of the present invention is to provide a system and a method for providing coffee information which provide coffee balance information obtained by converting and analyzing data on processes from a coffee bean purchase process to a final consumption process. When a coffee information management server receives a request for purchasing coffee beans from a terminal connected to a network, the coffee information management server searches for and supplies roasting information of the coffee beans, cupping information of the roasted coffee beans, and taste information to the terminal. When one or more terminals connected to the network request an input of roasting information of the coffee beans, cupping information of the roasted coffee beans, and taste information, the coffee information management server verifies login information, then receives and saves the information requested for inputting, and converts the inputted information into a certain graphic format and supplies the information in the graphic format to the terminals. Accordingly, the present invention converts the processes from the coffee bean purchase process to the final consumption process into data to provide coffee balance information and confirm accurate coffee information by confirming a coffee bean variety, a roasting method for a variety, roasting tools, and environmental variable information such as weather, humidity, an outdoor temperature, and an indoor temperature while roasting. |
