PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition capable of suitable for the lubrication of a rolling device used under high speed and high load having DmN of 1 million or more and a contact surface pressure of 1 GPa and capable of providing excellent durability, and a rolling device free in maintenance and excellent in durability even under high speed and high load. ! SOLUTION: The grease composition comprises: a base oil consisting of a mixed oil obtained by mixing diester with poly olefin or alkyl diphenyl ether at a ratio of diester: poly α-olefin or alkyl diphenyl ether=1: 0.25-4.0 by a mass ratio; and an aliphatic urea compound used as a thickener, and the rolling device uses the grease composition for seal or lubrication. !
