PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device for vehicular steering wheel comprising a loop type heat pipe for improving cooling performance of a rim part. ! SOLUTION: A cooling device 1 for vehicular steering wheel 10 comprising a loop type heat pipe 2 attached to a rim part 11 is configured so that: a liquid container 3 disposed on a boss part 13 of the steering wheel 10 on the loop type heat pipe 2 configures a condensation part, and a part 21 disposed on the rim part 11 on the loop type heat pipe 2 configures an evaporation part, and when a steering angle of the steering wheel 10 is an angle which makes the vehicle travel forward, the evaporation part is disposed above the condensation part. !
