PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layered packaging container which has a liquid layer on the surface, has the surface characteristic that is stably maintained over a long period by virtue of the liquid layer, and which exerts excellent slipperiness to a viscous content over a long period, and is excellent in oxygen barrier property. ! SOLUTION: The packaging container made of plastics for housing a viscous content is provided in which a liquid layer 5 is formed on the face contacting the content and a liquid diffusion prevention layer 1 for preventing liquid permeation and diffusion from the liquid layer 5 and an oxygen barrier resin layer 3 are provided as an intermediate layer. The liquid diffusion prevention layer 1 is arranged in the inner side of the oxygen barrier resin layer 3.
