PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a sanitary problem that conventional active water utilizing radiation of an electromagnetic wave is obtained, in most cases, by bringing an electromagnetic wave radiator made of a metal, a natural rock or a ceramic into direct contact with water; and to solve such a problem in versatility that a method for aerating with heated and compressed air through a special filter, which is proposed, requires a large scale device. ! SOLUTION: In a production method of active water, a radiator of a resonance electromagnetic wave having a specific frequency is arranged for a fixed time under a specific temperature condition, adherently or close to the outside of a plastic or glass container storing water, to thereby irradiate the resonance electromagnetic wave to the water, and to activate the water. !
