PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe having a structure that can receive ultrasonic waves with good quality even if application quantity of a medium is reduced. ! SOLUTION: An ultrasonic probe 2 comprises: a first ultrasonic element 15 and a second ultrasonic element 16 that transmit and receive ultrasonic waves; a rotatable sound adjusting part 12 that adjusts acoustic impedances of the first ultrasonic element 15 and the second ultrasonic element 16; and a suction part 18 that changes a force for causing the first ultrasonic element 15, the second ultrasonic element 16, and the sound adjusting part 12 to press each other. !
