PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance imaging reproducibility of a mask image and a contrast image in DSA imaging. ! SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes: a motion mechanism capable of changing an imaging position based on a positional relationship of X-ray irradiation means and X-ray detection means; control information storage means for storing control information used for the motion mechanism to change the imaging position in the imaging of a mask image performed before a contrast medium is injected into a subject; and motion mechanism control means for reproducing a motion amount and a motion speed of the motion mechanism in the imaging of the mask image using the control information stored in the control information storage means in the imaging of a contrast image performed after the contrast medium is injected into the subject. !
