The present invention relates to a variable valve lift apparatus capable of varying a lift of a valve in three steps by including a zero lift performing cylinder deactivation. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the variable valve lift apparatus changing a lift of a valve provided in an engine comprises: an outer body selectively performing lever motion in accordance to the rotation of a cam, having one end connected with the valve and the other end having a pivot shaft of the lever motion, and having two inner spaces; a first inner body arranged on one of the inner spaces of the outer body having one end rotatably connected with one end of the outer body; a second inner body arranged on the other one of the inner spaces of the outer body having one end rotatably connected with one end of the outer body; a connecting shaft arranged to penetrate one end of the first inner body, the second inner body, and the outer body to connect the first inner body, the second inner body, and the outer body; a first lost motion spring returning the first inner body relatively rotating with the outer body with respect to the connecting shaft to the original position; and a second lost motion spring returning the second inner body relatively rotating with the outer body with respect to the connecting shaft to the original position. |
