The present invention relates to a composition for treating and preventing gastrointestinal disorders comprising peptide derived from Chlamidomonas sp. as an active ingredient, and more specifically, to a composition for treating and preventing gastrointestinal disorders, which inhibits proliferation and transfer of stomach cancer epithelial cells infected by Helicobacter pylori by using active peptide obtained by hydrolyzing Chlamidomonas sp. with microorganisms. The active peptide of the present invention combines EGFR which is infected by Helicobacter pylori and is activated and inhibits tyrosine kinase activity of EGFR, and effectively inhibits proliferation and transfer of stomach cancer epithelial cells, thereby effectively treating or preventing gastrointestinal disorders.
