PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide outdoor equipment of an air conditioner which inhibits electrolytic corrosion of heat transfer pipes of a heat exchanger.SOLUTION: Outdoor equipment of an air conditioner includes: a housing 50; a heat exchanger 21 provided in the housing 50 and having a first heat transfer pipe 21a and a second heat transfer pipe 21b; and a waterproof cover 30 attached to the heat exchanger 21 and including a first opening 30F1 into which the first heat transfer pipe 21a is inserted and a second opening 30F2 into which the second heat transfer pipe 21b is inserted. The waterproof cover 30 includes erection parts 30c which respectively erect from a periphery of the first opening 30F1 and a periphery of the second opening 30F2 in a direction away from the heat exchanger 21.
