The present invention is related to a thermally insulated lightweight building element. The element (1) comprises a supporting plate frame (2) made of wooden material, to which is previously glued an insulation layer (3) of mineral wool. In the insulation layer (3) itself have been formed ventilation grooves (6). The insulation layer (3) of mineral wool is preferably made of lamellae (3a), which have been bonded to the wooden plate adjacent to each other in such a way that in the insulation layer thus formed the fibres are essentially perpendicular to the surface plane of the wooden plate. |
