A system for onboard broadcasting and emergency alarm, and a method for testing the same are disclosed. The system for a public address and a general emergency alarm comprises the steps of: storing tag information applied to each target element; performing an installation test about the target elements through a checklist for the installation test; preparing a function test for the target elements in a case the result of the installation test is normal after printing the result; allocating and storing loop information by classifying the target elements by the installation area and the type; and performing the function test about the target elements through the checklist for the function test during a test run, wherein the function test is performed in steps by the type and the installation area by using the loop information and the tag information of each element. In this way, a relatively accurate test for stability and function during a test run is possible by performing the test run efficiently by reflecting the complexity of the system and the characteristics of a ship environment, which has different noise conditions depending on each area. |
