The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing dissolved water from a moisture-containing material, and chambers therefor, configured in such a manner that a moisture-containing material having water dissolved in a non-hydrophilic fluid, such as industrial oil, is injected into a chamber under the condition of a high vacuum pressure of not more than 70 Torr.abs, thereby enabling effective separation and removal of moisture by a difference in characteristics of saturated vapor pressure, even in a state where a non-hydrophilic fluid for which recycling is required has been heated in a non-high temperature condition under which no chemical change occurs and, in particular, configured so as to maximize the effect of discharging a fluid and removing moisture through a dual structure of upper and lower chambers. |
