This anti-fog film (1) is provided with a cellulose ester film (2) and a curable resin layer (3). The curable resin layer (3) is laminated on the cellulose ester film (2) and comprises a water-absorbent material (3a). The water absorption rate of the curable resin layer (3) is 0.5 g/(m2·min) or more. The cellulose ester film (2) comprises a permeation layer (4) into which the water-absorbent material (3a) of the curable resin layer (3) has permeated. The thickness of the permeation layer (4) is from 1 μm to 5 μm (inclusive). The content ratio of the water-absorbent material (3a) in the permeation layer (4) decreases continuously or in stages in the thickness direction of the cellulose ester film (2) from the surface on which the curable resin layer (3) is laminated toward the inside of the cellulose ester film (2).
