The seal has a crown (1) made of abradable material and located inside a ring (2) connecting ends of fixed blades (3) that are arranged in a circular stage. A circular rubbing strip (6) includes a ridge adjacent to the crown, where the crown wraps up the strip. The strip is fixed at a rotor (5) of a turboshaft engine and the crown is fixed with a stator (4) of the engine. The strip includes a notch with angular sectors. An axial groove is cut in the abradable material, and intersects with the strip and passes through the crown.
