The purpose of the present invention is to provide a light emitting apparatus with excellent balance between productivity and heat radiation. In the light emitting apparatus (100), a support (3) in one surface wherein a p-side electrode (15) and an n-side electrode (13) are installed of a semiconductor light emitting device (1), and a phosphor layer (2) in the other surface are stacked. The support (3) includes a resin layer (31), an electrode (34p) for p-side external connection and an electrode (34n) for n-side external connection installed while being exposed to the surface opposite to the surface in contact with the semiconductor light emitting device (1) of the resin layer (31), and an internal wiring installed inside the resin layer (31), and electrically connecting a gap between the p-side electrode (15) and the electrode (34p) for p-side external connection, and a gap between the n-side electrode (13) and the electrode (34n) for n-side external connection respectively. In the internal wiring, a metal wire (32p) and a metal plating layer (33p), and a metal wire (32n) and a metal plating layer (33n) are connected in series respectively. |
