The present invention relates to an austenitic pipe having excellent collapse resistance and a manufacturing method thereof. An embodiment of the present invention provides an austenitic steel pipe having excellent collapse resistance comprising 16-24 wt% of Mn, 0.3-1.0 wt% of C, and the remainder consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities, additionally including at least one kind among 0.1 wt% or less of Ti (exclusive of 0), 0.1 wt% or less of Nb (exclusive of 0), and 1 wt% or less of V (exclusive of 0), and having crystal grins with a size of 200 μm or less in which fifty or higher of precipitates with a size 1 μm or less per 100 μm^3 and provides a manufacturing method of the austenitic steel pipe. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the austenitic pipe obtaining high pipe expandability by having austenite structures with excellent uniform elongation and excellent compressive yield strength by miniaturizing the crystal grains by forming the fine precipitates through thermal treatment after electric resistance welding and provide the manufacturing method of the austenitic pipe. |
