<p>The support (1) has an upper part (10) receiving a post (P) of an external structure. A stabilization element (20) i.e. plane vertical stabilizer, is partially buried in a ground (S), where a lower zone (21) of the element is in the shape of a point. Ends of a rectilinear profile of the element extend laterally on both sides of a profile of the upper part such that the element distributes exterior force i.e. wind, which is exerted directly or indirectly on the post of the external structure. The element has an upper flap on an entire area or a part of an upper zone.</p> |
