<p>According to the present invention, when a plastic container (1) for accommodating cosmetics, washers, food, or the like is molded in a hollow molding device, a label (3) having a trademark, a product name, a description, and the like printed thereon is thermally adhered and integrally molded on an outer wall of the container (1) molded in a mold (2). To this end, after a surface of the label (3) is preliminarily adhered on an inner wall (24) of the mold (2) divided and opened into two sides before a thermally adhering process of the label (3) with an outer surface of the container (1), a process of molding the container (1) is performed as a next process. For a process of adhering a surface of the label (3) on the inner wall (24) of the mold (2), a pair of insert arms (5) having an adsorption pad (4) formed thereon to adsorb and support the label (3) are injected in an opened part of the mold (2), and a gap between the insert arms (5) are narrowed and widened to adhere and withdraw the label (3) on and from the inner wall (24) of the mold (2). An operating means widens and narrows the gap between the insert arms in a horizontal direction. An existing air cylinder (6) operating means for generating a shaking stroke is changed into a link (7) operating means for generating a silent stroke. Accordingly, the label (3) is precisely adhered onto the inner wall (24) of the mold (2), so that qualities of the hollow-molded plastic container (1) are epochally improved.</p> |
