The present invention relates to a height-adjustable double-layered plant cultivation management apparatus for improving a rhizosphere environment, wherein an obsolete region of a rhizosphere portion is removed to avoid an enlargement of the rhizoshere portion, of an edible or ornamental plant which is planted in the plant cultivation management apparatus and a plant growth is promoted by forming a new rizhosphere portion. The doubled-layered plant management apparatus comprises: a perforated hole hanging flowerpot having a plurality of perforated holes arranged in a matrix form to ensure ventilation and drainage on side surfaces and a bottom surface and having an edible or ornamental plant planted therein; a water tank flowerpot accommodating water and allowing a lower portion of the perforated hole hanging flowerpot to be submerged in water; a catching hole formed on a predetermined area of a side surface of the water tank flowerpot and provided to correspond to and penetrate one of the perforated holes; and a height-adjustable engagement pin coupled to the catching hole which corresponds to and penetrates the perforated hole so as to fixate the perforated hole hanging flowerpot to a hanging position. |
