A medicinal liquid injecting device of the present invention comprises: a case; a first support member fixed to one end of the case and having a medicinal liquid path formed therein to enable a medicinal liquid to pass therethrough; a second support member connected to the first support member to be able to slide; and a storing tube having one end fixed to the first support member to be able to be sealed and the other end fixed to the second support member to be able to be sealed, and shrinking and expanding to store a medicinal liquid therein. A slide groove part connected with the medicinal liquid path is formed in the longitudinal direction thereof in the first support member, and the second support member has a slide projection part inserted to be slid on the slide groove part. A gap part for passing a medicinal liquid is formed between the slide groove part and the slide projection part. Accordingly, when a medicinal liquid is charged in the storing tube, the medicinal liquid can be evenly supplied throughout the overall surface of the storing tube, thereby reducing a force of feeding the medicinal liquid and ensuring user convenience.
