<p>Disclosed are a convertible device and a method for controlling the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the convertible device includes: a memory unit which stores present angle information and mode information thereof; a sensing unit which senses angle change of the convertible device; a control unit that compares the sensed change angle and the store angle information to identify a mode of the convertible device, controls the mode to be converted into the identified mode, and controls a preset user interface to be output on a screen or to activate a preset function according to the converted mode; and an output unit which outputs the user interface or a screen of the activated function.</p> |
