A center core burster-type submunition dispersion device for a warhead to obtain a uniform distribution of submunitions according to the present invention comprises: an ignition cord assembly (6) which receives explosion energy of a fuse (18) disposed behind a submunition (3) discharge direction and is composed of an ignition cord formed from a metallic material having a packing density of 1.6 g/cm^3 or higher and a detonation velocity of 6,000 m/s or higher; a dispersion propellant (11) wherein a dispersion propellant length (a) is loaded shorter than the overall length (A) of a hollow rubber tube (12); and the hollow rubber tube (12) to expand by a gas pressure of the dispersion propellant (11) to push submunitions (3) radially. A combustion property of the dispersion propellant (11) disposed in a middle of a dispersion warhead (13) is advantageous to a large velocity difference. More specifically, the submunitions (3) discharged at a large velocity difference does not form a donut-shaped distribution pattern, and forms a uniform shot group.
