<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system which can detect a jaggy edge pixel and an inclination of jaggy with a simple structure.SOLUTION: An image processing system includes: edge detection means for detecting edge information on multi-value image data; jaggy edge pixel detection means for detecting a change point of an edge pixel and detecting a jaggy edge pixel position by scanning K line among three adjacent lines (K-1 line, K line and K+1 line) of the edge information; distance calculation means between jaggy edge pixels, which measures the number of continuations of the edge pixels and calculates a distance between the jaggy edge pixels by detecting the change point of the edge pixels of the K-1 line or K+1 line in response to the detected jaggy edge pixel position; and inclination generation means for generating the inclination of jaggy in response to the calculated distance between the jaggy edge pixels.</p> |
