<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain plug which prevents an engine oil from scattering on hands of a worker when the engine oil is taken out from a discharge port provided in an oil pan, has a simple structure, and is manufactured at low costs.SOLUTION: A drain plug 1 includes: a bolt shaft part 22 where a male screw which threadedly engages with a female screw formed on an inner peripheral surface of a discharge port provided at a corner part at the bottom part side of an oil pan is formed on an outer peripheral surface; a bolt head part 21 where one end of the bolt shaft part is attached through a base part 10; a first annular washer 31, which extends from the base part in an outer peripheral direction, and into which the bolt shaft part is inserted; a coil spring 35, which is fastened to the base part, and into which the bolt shaft part is inserted; a second annular washer 32, which is fastened to a tip of the coil spring, and into which the bolt shaft part is inserted; and a taper part 25 in which a diameter is gradually reduced from a tip of the bolt shaft part.</p> |
