A vehicle position identification part identifies the position of the vehicle in the building BLD1 on the basis of the acquired information. Then, a feature information acquisition part mounted on the unmanned air vehicle 100 acquires feature information of each vehicle during the flight of the unmanned air vehicle 100 along the flight path for identifying the feature of the respective vehicles calculated on the basis of the identification result of the vehicle position, and identifies feature information of each vehicle by associating the acquired feature information with the identified position of the vehicle.</p>
