<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buoyant tube that is designed as means for enabling a heavy load to come and go by using buoyancy in a distance between a seabed and a sea surface as means for recovering resources in the deep sea, and occasionally is usable for relief every ship.SOLUTION: A buoyant tube is characterized as follows: an air pressure when arriving at the bottom of the sea is input when submerged, and neutral buoyancy is obtained by the volume of the buoyant tube; a construction machine being a heavy load, made in future and automatically drive in the seabed is hung and submerged, is made to descend slowly while filling an air pressure becoming insufficient according to the water depth, and is carried without destroying the machine being a load to the seabed of the deep sea; wire is hung and changed to a basket loaded with the slag of rare metal recovered at the seabed, and the basket is fed with the air necessary for obtaining buoyancy and is moved up; the expanding air in the buoyant tube according to the decrease in hydraulic pressure is discharged outside when moved up; ballast tanks are placed at both sides on the buoyant tube so that the buoyant tube may not be inclined due to air pressure fluctuating in the tube; and the buoyant tube is moved up while applying tension thereof by using a small amount of weight and buoyancy of the ballast tanks.</p> |
