<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable work machine which performs icing measures of a carburetor so that an engine is less likely to stall in cold areas.SOLUTION: A portable work machine 1 having an engine 25 and a carburetor 23 includes: a division member 61 which divides the engine 25 from the carburetor 23; an air hole 62 which is formed in the division member 61; and a hole cover 66 which closes the air hole 62 so as to open the air hole 62. The hole cover 66 is disposed at the air hole 62 or an area near the air hole 62 when opening the air hole 62 and functions as an airflow guide that guides air flowing from the engine side of the division member 61 to the carburetor side through the air hole 62.</p> |
