PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for extracting a prospective customer by comprehensively implementing try-and-error in prospective customer extraction processing, ensuring logical validity with respect to the extracted prospective customer, and generating its ground.SOLUTION: A data analysis device analyzing a record of a behavior history of a customer includes: a comparison unit that comprehensively compares customer data in a desirable state and customer data on a customer in an undesirable state on the basis of a parameter of a behavior of the customer serving as a factor affecting whether to be in the desirable state as the customer; and a customer/ground extraction unit that obtains at least one of a prospective customer likely to be prospective out of the customers in the undesirable state and a prospective ground about the parameter on the basis of the comparison result of the comparison unit. |
