<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass which is suitable for an LTPS, an OLED display driven by an oxide TFT element, and a liquid crystal display, and in particular, to provide a glass having devitrification property even when a strain point and Young's modulus are high.SOLUTION: The glass comprises, as a glass composition, by mol%: 60-78% of SiO; 10-23% of AlO; 2-8% of BO; 0-2% of MgO; 3-16% of CaO; 0-4% of SrO; 0-3% of BaO; and 0-4% of ZnO, in which a molar ratio (MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO)/AlOis 0.8-1.3 and a molar ratio CaO/AlOis 0.3-1.0.</p> |
