<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the positioning of a joint portion of rail members when a steel plate rail is used as a rail member.SOLUTION: A counterweight rail joint plate device 12 comprises a fishplate 13 and a plurality of fasteners 14. The fishplate 13 comprises a flat plate part 13a and a pair of folded-back inclined parts 13b as a guide part, which are provided in both end parts of the flat plate part 13z in a width direction. The folded-back inclined parts 13b are folded back so as to form an acute angle with respect to the flat plate part 13a. By fastening the fasteners 14, counterweight rail members 11 are guided by the folded-back inclined parts 13b, and thereby horizontal positions of the upper and lower counterweight rail members 11 are aligned.</p> |
