A comprehensive platform for merchandising intellectual property (IP), conducting IP transactions and searching IP related data is disclosed. A user may create a deal room for conducting an IP transaction. The deal room may include assets, documents, and other information relevant to the IP transaction. A duplication button may allow the user to create a new deal room with information from the original deal room. The user may be prompted to select which documents and information should be transferred to the new deal room. |
