PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly perform processing for forgetting information that forms basis of recommendation.SOLUTION: In an occurrence frequency dictionary 105, each word is associated with an occurrence frequency C of the word and time information T. If words are extracted from a document, the occurrence frequency of each word is calculated. The occurrence frequency C of each of the extracted words is attenuated on the basis of a difference between current time information t and the time information T to obtain an occurrence frequency c. The occurrence frequency C is replaced by the occurrence frequency c and the time information T is replaced by the current time information t. |
