PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package with a spoon which is manufactured by slightly changing the facility and has a small number of factors for cost increase, and to provide a manufacturing method of the package with the spoon.SOLUTION: In a package with a spoon, a first lid material(4) and a second lid material (5) are heat-sealed to an opening part of a container body (2) in the written order and a spoon (6) is stored between the first lid material (4) and the second lid material (5).
