PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for stabilizing the motion of a working fluid during movement.SOLUTION: A heat receiving unit 41 that forms a first chamber, a heat radiation unit 42 that forms a second chamber, and a communication unit 43 that communicates the first chamber with the second chamber are formed by a heat pipe 40 of a cooling device 4 for a solar photovoltaic power generation panel. A working fluid is filled into the heat receiving unit 41, the heat radiation unit 42, and the communication unit 43. The heat receiving unit 41 is attached to the solar photovoltaic power generation panel in a state of being able to transfer heat. In a state in which the heat receiving unit 41 is attached to the solar photovoltaic power generation panel and in which the solar photovoltaic power generation panel is installed to be able to generate power, the communication unit 43 is disposed so that the working fluid present in the heat receiving unit 41 moves to the heat radiation unit 42 by the movement of the working fluid upward in the first chamber, and so that the working fluid present in the heat radiation unit 42 moves to the heat receiving unit 41 by the movement of the working fluid downward in the second chamber. |
