<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for grinding and forming a sponge. The apparatus for grinding and forming a sponge comprises: a sponge rotation support unit in which a cylindrical sponge to be formed is mounted and fixated, and which rotates the fixed sponge; a sponge mounting setting unit which mounts the sponge on the sponge rotation support unit so that the center of rotation of the sponge rotation support unit and the center of the sponge are matched; a sponge transfer unit which horizontally moves the sponge rotation support unit back and forth in a straight line; and a sponge grinding unit which grinds and forms the external shape of the sponge as a rotating abrasive wheel adheres to the sponge when the sponge rotation support unit is moved forward by the sponge transfer unit. According to the present invention as described above, the apparatus for grinding and forming a sponge can uniformly and smoothly grind and form the external shape of the sponge into various desired shapes; is convenient to use; and can be manufactured at low cost.</p> |
