The present invention relates to a skin guard for a plaster cast in which synthetic fibers are knitted in a cylindrical shape and, more specifically, to a skin guard for a plaster cast, which can prevent the generation of static electricity, and obtain antibacterial and antiseptic effects, and enables a user to receive a physical therapy using low-frequency stimulation as pile yarn knitted inside the skin guard is made of conductive fibers. The skin guard for a plaster cast comprises: a control box (1) having a case; a power source unit (3); a control unit (2); a low-frequency outputting unit (4); an operating switch (5); and an electrode unit (6). The electrode unit (6) is formed in a stretchable cylindrical body (60) and placed on a fractured body part by continuously knitting yarn loops. The body (60) is composed of: outer yarn (61) knitted by using fiber yarn; inner yarn (62) knitted by using covering yarn; and pile yarn (63) knitted inside the inner yarn (62). The pile yarn (63) made of conductive fibers applies low-frequency stimulation in contact with the skin of the user, and is divided into two portions in both directions inside the cylindrical body (60). As electrode terminals (64) protruding from an upper portion of the body (60) are connected with the control box (1) through a wire (65), the electrode terminals (64) flow low-frequency currents of a negative electrode (-) and a positive electrode (+) respectively to both portions of the pile yarn (63).
