The present invention relates to: a method of producing a cell population with high target cell purity which involves (1) a step for modifying the plasma of contaminating cells in a cell population containing target cells and contaminating cells and (2) a step for collecting the target cells and/or removing contaminating cells on the basis of the modified plasma; a cell population with high target cell purity, produced by the aforementioned method; a method of producing a sheet-form cell culture which involves a step for culturing the aforementioned cell population in a sheet form; a sheet-form cell culture which includes the aforementioned cell population; a medical composition which contains an effective component selected from the group consisting of the aforementioned cell population and the aforementioned sheet-form cell culture; and a method of treating a subject's disease which involves a step in which an effective amount of the aforementioned cell population, the aforementioned sheet-form cell culture or the medical composition is administered to a subject needing the same. |
