A solid electrolyte composition containing an inorganic solid electrolyte, a binder comprising core/shell-type particles having a core part and a shell part, and a dispersion medium, wherein the difference between the glass transition temperature of a polymer compound constituting the core part and the glass transition temperature of a polymer compound constituting the shell part is at least 50°C.
