PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a support for preventing an occurrence of error in currency processing performed in a currency processing device.SOLUTION: A currency processing support system for supporting currency processing with a currency processing device that employees of a financial institute perform in the financial institute comprises: a sensor section for photographing a detection object located in the vicinity of the outside of the currency processing device to detect a position of the detection object; a monitoring section that monitors movements of the detection object on the basis of the detection result by the sensor section; a notification condition determination section for determining whether or not the movements of the detection object to be monitored by the monitoring section satisfy notification conditions set related to the currency processing device; and notification section that, when the notification condition determination section determines that the movements satisfy the notification conditions, notifies of the information related to the detection object.
