PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that reliably predicts time required to perform format conversion of data having a format managed by a basic system within a corporation and data having a format used for electronic data interchange (EDI) communication in order to make it easy to form a business plan after the format conversion.SOLUTION: An information processing system accumulates and stores actual time required for format conversion at a time of conversion processing operation and predicts time required to convert data from now on the basis of the actual time, present clock time, and a type of data. This allows time required for format conversion to be reliably predicted.
