<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorption device needing no space for disposing a tube for compressed air outside a suction hose.SOLUTION: An adsorption device (a first robot) 30 comprises: a base 32; a vacuum pump 56a; an adsorption movable part (holding part) 50; arms 34a, 34b, 34c; a suction hose 56; and a control unit 70. The adsorption movable part 50 is connected to the vacuum pump 56a, and adsorbs and holds a package (article) O. The arms 34a, 34b, 34c connects the base 32 and the adsorption movable part 50 and moves the adsorption movable part 50. The suction hose 56 connects the vacuum pump 56a and the adsorption movable part 50, and the control unit 70 drives the arms 34a, 34b, 34c. The adsorption movable part 50 has a configuration switchable between an adsorption state and non-adsorption state. The adsorption state means a state capable of adsorption-holding the package O, and the non-adsorption state means the state unable to adsorption-hold the package O. The suction hose 56 has in an inner space, a tube 57 for compressed air for feeding the compressed air in the adsorption movable part 50 to switch to the non-adsorption state.</p> |
