<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice message registration inquiry system that has high tolerance of network congestion, is easily coordinated with another message registration inquiry system, and has flexibility of a service scenario.SOLUTION: Center equipment 3 stores and reads voice files in a centralized manner; a media server 2 in each area performs transmission/reception of a voice file, transmission/reception of a voice message, and conversion between the voice file and the voice message. The media server 2 needs to perform no processing of distributing a call for voice message registration inquiry across the country, which makes high tolerance of network congestion. Voice files collected by the center equipment 3 are not distributed and stored across the country, which makes coordination with another message registration inquiry system be easy. The center equipment 3 alone stores and reads voice files, which gives flexibility to a service scenario.</p> |
